Excellent service

Good service in the #used #car area. They have several dozen units apparently in good condition, and in all models. After 2 weeks my #brakes failed and the #agency was hesitating to make my #guarantee valid, that makes one doubt the quality of what one buys. They say "Well, the car was bought used..." and that is unethical, although they responded for the damage. In these cases, the service section charges the used car section. It is better to get one to give you a written warranty on the brakes. Still, the unit I purchased turned out to be very good. If you like my opinion, give me a like (even if Google doesn't give me anything) 😋

Good service only if you make an appointment, if not, if there is a problem they will pay attention to you.

Apart from a Tiguan with an amount of $10 thousand, which I saw published in Mercado Libre, and the price corresponded to a less equipped van because "they had an error" when making the publication. For the same reason I requested my return of the section of which I have been without any response for more than 20 days, nobody solves me and I continue without my money.

They do not respect promotions and, for a change, they do not respect the dates to return the section. Save yourself a hard time and spend your money and go to another agency or better yet to another car brand
